SpatialLoop is built to collect nothing. This page explains exactly what that means.
Nothing. SpatialLoop has no analytics, no account system, and no tracking of any kind. We don't know who you are, how often you open the app, or what photos you turn into videos.
Every photo you convert is processed entirely on your device. Apple's Vision framework identifies the subject and depth in the shot, and Core Image and Metal render the parallax motion — all locally, using your phone's own hardware. Your photo is never uploaded anywhere, never sent to a server, and never seen by us.
SpatialLoop asks for camera access only so you can take a new photo to convert, right from within the app. The camera is never accessed in the background, and any photo you take stays on your device like any other photo you choose to convert.
When your looping video is ready, it's handed to Apple's system share sheet so you can save or send it however you like. SpatialLoop doesn't keep a copy on any server — the finished video lives only where you choose to send it.
The current version of SpatialLoop uses no third-party services, no ad networks, and makes no network calls at all. Everything described above happens with on-device frameworks only.
Starting with version 1.1, the free version of SpatialLoop can offer an optional rewarded video ad — for example, "watch a short ad to export in 4K". You choose whether to watch it; ads never play on their own, and buying SpatialLoop Pro removes them completely. Your photos and videos are never shared with the ad provider.
These ads are served by Google AdMob (Google LLC; Google Ireland Limited for users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland). When an ad is requested, Google may process:
If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, SpatialLoop asks for your consent through Google's consent form before any ad is shown, and you can change your choice at any time under Settings → Privacy choices in the app. SpatialLoop is not directed at children under 13 and does not show personalized ads to them.

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above. A future version of SpatialLoop may introduce optional ad-supported features (for example, a rewarded ad to unlock an export, alongside a one-time Pro purchase to remove ads) — if that happens, this policy will be updated first to describe exactly what changes and what any third-party ad provider can see. As of this version, SpatialLoop shows no ads and uses no ad SDK.
